Abstract
In article the analysis of process of interaction with consumers on the example of network shop of tea and coffee is carried out. The author allocated factors which demand the account at interaction with clients: the shop personnel, goods registration, information, use the Internet, work with suppliers. Interaction process with the client considers stages of life cycle of clients, actions for development of life cycle are offered.
