Abstract
This project was prepared as of the reporting work on discipline "financial management". Taken the project on the example of the Studio, because the market rent Studio and services are now very actively developing. The article describes the photo services market, real estate in St. Petersburg, as well as the idea of creating a profitable business in such conditions. As the conclusions were made about the expediency of opening of this enterprise.
