Abstract
In article the essence of manual equipment as important aspect of training of future music teacher understood as the nonverbal behavior of the conductor based on freedom of the conductor's device allowing to reveal the technical and creative potential of the student at the initial stage of training, to impart to it original conductor's skill is considered.
