Abstract
This article focuses on the issue of adoption and implementation of effective administrative decisions in the field of crisis marketing. The article describes and explains the main steps in the field of marketing, which, according to the author, should be taken in conditions of economic crisis, to ensure stable functioning of the company and suggest ways to improve supply chain businesses.
