Abstract
Today, the inefficiency of public spending is one of the factors of inflation running condition of many industries and seriously reduces the investment potential of the country. Application of targeted programs - an opportunity to improve efficiency and effectiveness of budget expenditures. This article presents an analysis of target programs implemented at the federal level.
