Abstract
As the title implies, the article describes a number of actual aspects of physical and technical fundamentals of nanotechnology and nanoscale structures. The article is devoted to problems of creation nanoscale structures. Much attention is given to methods of determining the parameters of quality of nano and micro technology.
The article is of interest to students of radio engineering and nanoelectronic faculties, research scholars.
