Abstract
This article reviews the different methods and software tools used in the volunteer environment at the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi. This article suggests that the availability of modern software gives volunteers the opportunity and higher management in the short term and the maximum quality to hold the event at the international level and to interact with each other.
