Abstract
Problems and the importance of development of the market for legal alcohol production in Russia determine the importance and relevance of market regulation. Considered the volume and structure of retail sales, as well as changes in pricing policy and tightening measures to restrict the availability of alcohol and alcoholic beverages. Reduction of enterprises with licenses for the production, storage and supply of produced alcohol products.
