REFRAMING OF LEADERSHIP: TO GO BEYOND

Abstract
This article focuses on the disclosure of forms an effective leader in modern management system. In this article was presented and analyzed four types of leadership: structural, human resource, political, symbolic. Each type of leader was reviewed in order to identify strengths and weaknesses. The main purpose is revealing the beneficial properties of different management strategies. This topic is an actual issue in terms of development of modern management concepts.
