THE ANALYSIS OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF THE COMPANY FROM A LINE ITEM OF AN ASSESSMENT OF ITS INFLUENCE ON LOYALTY OF EMPLOYEES AND EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITIES

Abstract
In article approach to the analysis of structure of corporate culture of the company is provided. On the basis of Edgar H. Schein's theory levels of corporate culture of the company «Coffee Cantata» are considered. Results of using of effective corporate culture, such as satisfaction and loyalty of the personnel, and also clients and partners are designated. Approaches to justification for influence of corporate culture on economic results of activities of the company are determined.
