ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUNCTION OF MOTIVATION IN FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS

Abstract
The motivation is one of important functions in management, cooperation of the personnel and its high-quality work depends on it as a whole. The motivation moves the employee, sending him to the necessary course with the purpose to increase its quality of work, and, therefore, to increase labor productivity of the company. Now the corporation is the largest network of restaurants of a fast food. For achievement of the high purposes the company is interested in that employees were motivated for work wholeheartedly.
